Coffee's never been this cool!

Alley Cat Coffee is owner Jasmine Trevino's pride and joy. From exciting drink specialties to a smiling face behind the counter, Alley Cat Coffee is the coolest addition to San Antonio's coffee scene.

You can grab your traditional cup of joe here at Alley Cat Coffee, but if you're feeling a little wild, try the cereal milk latte topped with crunchy cereal bits! It's the perfect way to combine breakfast and coffee into one.

As for Trevino, she has been in the business since she was a kid as her family owns Rios Barbacoa.

"I was that kid who was four years old in the kitchen," Trevino said. "You couldn't get me out of there... I've wanted to have a coffee shop since I was in high school."

Trevino combined her love for caffeine and music into Alley Cat Coffee. The truck was recently painted with punk band logos. Driving by, you won't miss the truck located at 317 Probandt St.

Alley Cat Coffee embraces the city's culture with a surprising Big Red Latte! It's the ultimate way to have a refreshing and cool pick-me-up - especially for the upcoming warmer days.

If Big Red isn't your beverage of choice, try the MexiCola cold brew! Either one is sure to put a pep in your step.

As if the coffee isn't reason enough to stop by, Trevino's customer service is unbeatable.

"I know all of my regulars," Trevino said. "My customers become my friends after a while."

Whether you stop by on your way to work, or you need that midday pick-me-up, Alley Cat Coffee has what you need.
